Advanced Track & Road products are intended for use in modified vehicles and may require custom installation, fabrication, or engineering approval depending on the application and local regulations.

All parts must be installed by a qualified tradesperson or competent installer familiar with modified vehicle systems. The purchaser is responsible for verifying compatibility and suitability for their specific vehicle and intended use prior to installation.

Due to the nature of modified and performance vehicles, Advanced Track & Road accepts no responsibility for any damage, injury, loss, or consequential loss resulting from the installation, use, misuse, or inability to use any product supplied.

The customer acknowledges that many products sold are intended for off-road, racing, or custom vehicle applications and vehicles modified with aftermarket components may behave differently to factory vehicles.

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and installer to ensure all components are correctly installed, maintained, inspected regularly, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and engineering requirements within their state or country.

Advanced Track & Road shall not be liable for:

- Incorrect installation or assembly

- Improper use or vehicle setup

- Failure of associated components

- Vehicle damage or personal injury

- Labour costs associated with installation, removal, or replacement

- Loss resulting from vehicle downtime

By purchasing and installing our products, the customer accepts these terms and assumes all associated risks.
