Order Cancellations
Advanced Track & Road may cancel any order before delivery if a supplier cannot provide the goods, if events outside our control (such as fire, flood, power failure, war, or strike) affect supply, or if a significant website error (pricing, description, or image) occurs.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This covers manufacturing or workmanship faults only.
Change-of-Mind Purchases
Please choose parts carefully. Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted, including ordering the wrong item, colour, or variant. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for international orders.
Return Shipping
For approved faulty items, Advanced Track & Road will cover return shipping costs. For approved returns that are not faulty (if any), customers are responsible for shipping costs. All returns must use a prepaid, trackable service. Advanced Track & Road is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and replacement items incur a new shipping charge.
Returns Procedure
To return a faulty item, email info@advancedtrackandroad.com.au. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
